This is a unique medical practice offers a wide variety of medical work including outpatient, inpatient, emergency medicine and various community roles shared among a group of enthusiastic and committed providers.

Our professional association is made up of seven physicians with three mid-levels and is contracted with Swain County Hospital to provide physician services in the clinic, ER and hospital. Swain County Hospital is a 48-bed, Critical Access Hospital.

Swain Medical Center is the only primary care facility in Swain County, and also provides care for many of the patients in neighboring Graham, Macon, and Jackson counties.

Additionally, we continue to support this community in a wide range of additional roles while helping one another to maintain a manageable and enjoyable pace of work.
